Universal Multipurpose Society and fikr foundation was established in 2010 as a non-governmental organization. The organization has done many remarkable works in the social sector since the last decade. Like free surgery for cleft lip/cleft palate Project, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, and Vidarbha. Tuberculosis public awareness campaign through Akshaya project many health-related initiatives like AIDS were started. The main objective of the institution was the education sector. Keeping in mind the educational and economic problems of the migrant workers and the people living in slums in our country, the institution has made a mind to work in the education sector. Along with social work, the organization is also interested in health, sports, cultural work. It is therefore the responsibility of the community to educate every child depending on their destination, as migrant workers often keep their children away from education. To provide free education to underprivileged children living in slums for holistic development in remote villages or urban slums. To provide opportunities for education to those people who are weak due to economic reasons. To provide education free of cost to such sections of the community who cannot afford the education.
OUR MISSION
1. To find out relocated migrants/slums/slum dwellers/crossroads uneducated boys/girls and generate interest in their education.
2. To encourage them to go to school / provide financial assistance in their education.
3. To provide books/school dress/bags and other materials to 5000 students every year. Preparing 500 students for competitive exams.
4. Visiting their places and teachings.
5. Organizing Skill Development Councils in various sectors.
6. To encourage painting / craft / sports / singing.
7. Bringing all classes in India to the main source of education through literacy campaigns so that no one remains illiterate.
8. To encourage them for public speaking.

OUR VISION
1. To bring children from economically weaker sections deprived of education in the mainstream of education.
2. To educate the children of migrant/migrated workers at their destination(s).
3. To create interest in studies among the children studying in slums/slums.
4. To find such children who are missing from education, to bring them into the mainstream of education.
5. To provide proper guidance to the parents of migrant shifted/slum/slum-dwelling children about the importance of education. Organizing workshop.
6. To provide skill development, banking, and other self-employment workshops to migrant relocated/slum/slum children.
7. To create awareness of education through pathanaty.
8. Raising awareness among children through education for cleanliness and healthy living. Training in Yoga, Pranayama, Sports.
9. Running Apna Campus Clean Campus Campaign.
10. To create a mindset among the students to make the illiterate literate.
